2) Simply add the item to the Cart
3) Go to checkout and pay.

Option 2: Custom Image and/or Text

1) Choose your phone case model and type
2) Simply add the item to the Cart
3) Write the initials or text you'd like on your phone case, in the Order Notes section.
4) Upload your image via the Order Note section or send it to me via Shopify Inbox messenger. See bottom left chat box.
5) And checkout and pay.

Option 3: If There Are Design Choices, Image and/or Initials/Name
Choices

Determine from the 2nd Image which design/color you would like to order:

1) Choose your phone case model and type

2) Add the phone case to the cart

3) In the cart, add to the Order Notes:

a) The Design Number you want to order (if available/applicable).

b) The Font Style Number you want to order (if available/applicable).

c) The Font Color Number you want to order (if available/applicable).

d) The 1-3 Initials You Would Like on Your Phone Case. Example:
Design 3, HV, or Design 2, Font Color 5, Font Style 3

4) Go to the checkout and pay.

• Production Time: Our products are made to order. While we strive to dispatch within 3 business days, production variables can occasionally extend this to 7 business days. I promise my cases are worth the wait!
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Customers are responsible for reshipping costs if a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address.
• Delivery: Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost/stolen items. Please contact your local carrier directly.

• Material Effects: All Studio40ParkLane designs are 2D color compositions. We do not use physical 3D elements, holographic materials, or metallic glitter. Any "metallic" or "glitter" effects are created purely through photo-realistic color combinations.
• Design Scaling: Design placement may vary slightly depending on your device to accommodate camera holes, buttons, and ports without cutting off important details.
