We have a 30-day return policy for damaged or wrong(ly) shipped items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture and email it to us for evaluation.
If you received a wrong item or the ordered item is damaged, please take a picture of the item and packaging as you received it. Email the image(s) and order number to email@example.com with subject “damaged order” or “wrong delivery”. Please let us know in the email body whether you would like to receive a replacement or a refund.
Upon verification of the evidence, we will either replace the item or issue a refund. Please do not send the damaged item back to the manufacturer. In case the wrong item was sent we'll send you a pre-paid shipping label for you to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Eligibility other than Damage or Wrong Delivery
Because our products are made to order, we don't accept returns nor issue refunds for an item you purchased but "isn't your taste", when received. We don't take returns, nor issue refunds for "buyer's remorse". Only in some instances, to be determined on a case-by-case basis, do we exchange the item or issue a full refund.
So please make sure to review and research our products carefully and choose wisely before placing the order. In the case of Wall Art – Canvas Prints, to avoid any remorse, you can order small Canvas Print Samples, at cost price (plus shipping). See below link for sample sizes.
We understand that, before purchasing a larger size piece of Wall Art, like Canvas Prints, you may want to get a sample to see if it works in your home or office decor. That's why we've made Sample Sizes available for Canvas prints, at cost plus shipping, for you to order in case you want to see the design, colors or image in its intended setting and decor. You can browse sample sizes here.
In the exceptional circumstance where you still want to return an item you don't like; we will consider an exchange or return and partial refund on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee approval. The item will have to be inspected for damage or other issues first. We would need the product returned to inspect for damage.
Under such an exceptional circumstance however, because our products are made to order, and we don't carry inventory, you will have to pay for your return-shipping and will be charged 10% of the original price to cover admin, stocking and re-selling expenses, which will be deducted from your refund.

Custom and personalized orders, unless delivered wrongly and/or damaged cannot be returned for a refund or exchange!

Starting a Return
To claim damage or a wrong delivery and start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (when applicable), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please send pictures of the product and a copy of your receipt, as well as an indication of whether you prefer an exchange (and for which product) or refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items (unless damaged or wrong delivery) or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or receive a store-credit, whatever is applicable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
