ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

- The Studio40ParkLane phone cases are custom printed, on order, with the CMYK printing process. This process limits some bright colors (notably Pink, Blue), but I make sure that the mockups look as close as possible to what will be printed. On-screen mockups will always look a little brighter, and slightly different, due to the screen’s backlight.

- All Studio40parkLane designs are purely color compositions as opposed to 3D, Holographic, or natural materials, and we don’t use any metals, like silvery glitter or any other materials to create effects. Any effect on our phones are created by combining colors.

- Studio40ParkLane guarantees do not cover cases for incorrect device orders. To make sure that you are ordering the correct case, please confirm your device in your phone settings before placing your order. If you do not see your device listed, send me a message, as I’m are always happy to see if I can add it to my catalog of products.

- Colors and Design Disclaimer: While I strive to ensure my images closely match the final product, colors may appear differently on your screen due to individual device settings such as brightness, resolution, and color calibration and your screen’s backlight. I recommend browsing through my design photos to get the best sense of the product before placing your order.

- My (mockup) design process takes into account a wide range of devices, so while I try to be as consistent as possible I need to make adjustments for camera placement, dimensions, various buttons and ports. That being said, design placement is subject to vary depending on your device. My basic print method is to scale the design so all details of the design fit on the print surface and are not cut off by camera holes and other variables. If you are concerned please send a message before placing your order.

- IMPORTANT - Shipping Policy:

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was marked undeliverable, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of re-shipping the item.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, I’m are unable to provide a refund or replacement for lost or stolen items. In such rare instances I recommend contacting the local carrier. Carriers only want to talk to the receiver and won’t give out any information to senders, i.e. me.

If your package is returned to sender for any reason, such as "addressee unknown" or "unable to deliver," the customer is responsible for paying an additional shipping fee to have the package resent.

- My products are made to order, because of this while I strive to send orders out within 3 business days, various issues in production could come up which may delay shipping to up to 7 business days. I promise my cases are worth the wait!

IMPORTANT - Return Policy:

- I am committed to ensuring that my products meet your expectations. Working with partners for printing and fulfillment, any accident is always possible, even though it’s rare. In case something is wrong, please message me before writing a review, and I’ll make sure the issue gets resolved.

- Full replacement or refunds are available on manufacturer and print defects. If your product has a manufacturing or print- defect, we will provide a full replacement and reshipment or a full refund. Refunds or replacements are available for defective products inside of 3 days of delivery. After 3 days we cannot offer full replacements or refunds.

- Any other issue, message me within 3 days of delivery.

How to request a refund?

1. Take a photo of the entire product with the printed area full visible and not obstructed (best pictures are on a flat surface that contrasts with the design).

2. Take a photo of the damage or print defect (best pictures are on a flat surface that contrasts with the design).

3. Send the photos to me for review, also tell us what you would like, either a replacement or a refund (to your credit card or as a store credit).

4. Give me some time to get back to you with further info and instructions. (I promise to be quick).
